if one joins bhel piping center as a graduate apprentice he should prefer R&D dept in particular piping design dept because after one year graduate apprentice will be relieved.Getting piping design exposure very much helpful in securing a job in a private concern in the same field with good package.

one should join after cracking gate.since it is a PSU NO ONE will motive anyone.One should learn from his own interest
