The environment of the college was really good .

Dislikes

1. Horrible pay package. 2. No respect for qualifed teachers 3. No recognision for hard work 4. Teachers are treated like domestic helps here. Even we treat our domestic helps with more respect.

Timing was flexible. Environment and colleagues were good.

...ls. One has to be happy with 5 percent increments all the time. No promotion. 7. The avaerage starting salary in this college is 21,600 for a net qualified faculty. PhD and MPhil increments are given, but that is not ehough to attract good academicians. The worst part is that salaries are not disclosed during interviews. 8. The usual working hour for an assistant professor as per ugc guidelines should be 5-6 hours. In BESC the the duration of the college hours in morning dept is 4 hours. Again that is used as a tool against us. Like we ask the college to keep the college duration short and thats why we should accept the peanut salaries they offer. 8. I am grateful to ambitionbox to provide me the opportunities to raise my voice on behalf of the college whole time teachers of this college.

Many extra curricular events happen throughout the year. Best infrastructure.

Dislikes

The students are treated as the privileged lot. The teachers are not paid well, specially by the Morning Department. Unprofessional management, favouritism.
