The work environment is pathetic, the management functions in an extremely unprofessional and arrogant manner, personal employee contributions are never recognized. Senior experienced employees are never given their due, thus bringing down their morale making them deeply frustrated. Senior managers do not value unique strengths of any employee and are always on their individual ego trips looking to satisfy their personal agendas in a mean manner. Salaries / Benefits and Compensation is average (nothing to rave about). There is absolutely no professional growth whatsoever, so employee Training, Learning and Professional Development on the job is just ZILCH! as the management is more interested in filling their own pockets.
