I especially want to acknowledge the support of the management- Shetty Sir, Jeekshith Sir and Shikha Ma'am who have always encouraged me and provided opportunities for growth. They always treat me like family member rather than employee and i am truly grateful for all the opportunities i have been given during my tenure. Our boss is exceptionally kind and respected, always recognizing and appreciating employees for their excellent performance. This encouragement motivates us to continually strive for excellence. Additionally, the camaraderie among colleagues is remarkable, with everyone working together harmoniously and supporting one another. I had the privilege of working with Bhavani Group for 1.5 year in the role of Executive Assistant and it has been an enriching experience on multiple fronts. One of the standout qualities of Bhavani Group is its exceptionally supportive management. Throughout my tenure, I have consistently felt encouraged and valued by the leadership team. They have created an environment where open communication and collaboration are not just encouraged but also actively practiced. This support has allowed me to thrive in my role and contribute effectively to the company's objectives. Especially Mr. Shetty sir is very supportive and co-operative and they treat each and every employee as their family member. Working with Bhavani group was an incredible experience.
