Till now not give my salary Last month and I don't know which position I was working . No paper work . Not even give any joining later or offer later . Administration work very bad .

...is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nice to work company.. Decent salary... Top management is very good in looking employees welfare... Somewhat liberal but they will fire suddenly related to work and may through you out..In that case job security is somewhat very poor ( In case if our time is bad)

Trainings are very rare..The only problem with the top management is that they will blindly believe managers words and take actions on the fellow workmen who are actually working...In that case we supposed to be smooth with managers upto which we were familier..

I like the best thing in Bhavani industries, I learn about gears and all quality measuring instruments and gauges, processes, documentation with the help of senior coligues. If training is require then they arrange the training for us. It will give me a best chance to growth in future.
