Management seems alright. Staff is hard working and the lab produces 100 percent disease free micro-plants, mini-tubers and seed-potato

...th with no weekend offs. The work most of the times gets hectic and burdon-some. Salary is way too low for the kind of work and labour , have a very low salary raise per year and career growth is very slow
