Only Office locations is Good i.e Nariman Point and office colleagues, team mates were good.

Dislikes

All Senior Citizen directors assuming them Nawab/Maharaja/King. They do not care about work ethics, employees salary, statutory payments and work life balance. They always delaying salary, when we asked for salary they give excuses for fund issues but they can purchase costly cars too in the same months. Now all directors cars , home and offices got sealed by banks because they not paid loans on time. Mr. Bhagwan Bhattad, Mr. Nayan Bhattad & Mr. Jayesh Bhattad are mentally disturbed person. If want become defaulter, cheater or bankrupt then you can join this company.

Office staff was very good, flexi time and good team support for office colleagues.

Dislikes

All Directors behave like Hitler, they not follow any business ethics. Salary not on time after three months getting salary. Typical Marwadi attitude having all the Directors. No growth.

There are so many directors hence decision are changed many times in last movements. Staff is very good but top management and higher level staff is horrible. Management and higher level staff need to work on grass root levels. They are wasting so much time in unnecessary meetings which is actually not needed. There was no any motivational event taking place, like annual function, annual picnic or get-together.

Dislikes

Salary delay, Involvement of directors family in office works, vendor payments not taking place on timely hence our relation get spoil. Unnecessary interface of family of directors in decision making.

Salary not on time ........also F&F takes almost 1 year.......engineering team was incoperative.........there was not understanding between teammates......dominating staff.........everyone just wants to show his/her presence in front of director via email & meeting..........never go to this company

Nice company for salary hike , bonus pf and other benifit, good for long term working in this company , after leaving one month notice giving all my salary balance .

Dislikes

COVID time some salary issue but then come back again salary on time, but not fixed date for salary.
