They will not tell proper fixed time of working in this company they will cut their EPFO but not transfer to the account and They will not provide Experience certificate after Resignation. They make rule as per their condition. If you working on Sunday they will not proper Sunday holiday not give extra working benefits

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
