Employees are friendly, you get so much affection and respect that you are willing to stop your growth and stuck there to spread brotherhood.

Dislikes

Company give increment and bonus only after the intervention of workers union, and all will get the same rate as you perform or not. There is no performance base criteria.

On time payment of salary was appreciated. Mediclaim/ECS facility provided to employees. Number of Casual leaves, Paid leaves and Medical leaves were sufficient.
