Company give increment and bonus only after the intervention of workers union, and all will get the same rate as you perform or not. There is no performance base criteria.

On time payment of salary was appreciated. Mediclaim/ECS facility provided to employees. Number of Casual leaves, Paid leaves and Medical leaves were sufficient.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Stringent HR rules, excessive work pressure, lack of team work, monotonous execution of jobs.
