Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and management is transparent. Daily work meeting held with President. Weekly meeting held with MD regarding any improvements in the work system and in the work sites.

Dislikes

They don't give salary hike enough. They always generate new things to improve work system but they do not implement it in reality. There is a lot of politics internally makes harsh impact on the employees.
