Co has enormous opportunities due to Patanjali's Acharya ji links but higher management has no vision to make it stable and growing. Hope it will improve with new higher management people.

HR has terrible sense of dealing with consequences. Co hire the skilled resources but do not believe in adapting the changes. Big ego issues with higher managemnt and resources working in co from 2 or 3 years.

Job security is not there. Toxic place to work on along with very unsupportive colleagues. My director was rude, arrogant egoist person who don't even his work and always poke in our wprk without having any technical knowledge. Company lacks in hiring good management oriented person.

No work life balance No process defined, even they don't understand what exactly is process is. No Appraisal, 1k or 2k max It's 24x7 jobs company, they will call you at 10:30pm and ask you to work till 4pm and report to office early in the morning. VP used to take his other frustration on junior guys like you made a mistake then you have to take a hour of lecture from VP and if you try to explain or defend your point then you will be labeled as argurer and VP won't talk to you until you please him.
