Customer base not good highly depends on single customer because of that frequent layoffs given , Job insecurity one day hire next day send them out, Gender playing major role, High politics due to that its affect my growth, Lack of work culture makes it challenging for new employees to integrate into the company, Last 5 year no growth in company revenue because of that it affected my growth.

Work life balance zero,High jib pressure , company performance not good because of that it affect my growth, in that company 2 groups one is old group another one is PGIL group between them always difference of opinion it's affecting new employee growth.

Learned alot from bhartiya..from making designs to ground work...worked from scratch to finish...it was good experience cause learnt alot from there
