pathetic school with pathetic management school is filled with lots of politics they dominate teachers so much, they treat their teachers as a labour and they do not give the full salary to their teachers, teachers have to return some amount to them, if they do not retuen then they start dominate their teachers

Absolutely nothing. They are a bunch of selfish creeps who will suck the blood out of their teachers to fill their ever greedy pockets. Savita Arora is the worst lady you will ever encounter. Don't work here.

Dislikes

They deducted 50% salary and another 2000 rs for transpiration allowance. And still asked all teachers to come to school. And they keep a tab on every minute of your work through their cameras so they can torture you in case you ever raise your voice.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
