...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

People really support in the higher levels.Compensation and benefits are good.

Work life balance was none.Even worst is for people who work in fields.Had to travel long and remote places in the northeast India where even the superiors would hesitate to visit.

Management doesn’t address our issues timely here no any growth policy and salary package is very less as compared to our work

Bharti infratel ltd. Company is most valuable company in telecom sector.it gives good atmosphere to employees to show their skills and temperament . Company giving respect their employees time to time for excellence work.

Dislikes

Compensation is low, but growth is also slow here. The work pressure is approximately right. I have to work here till 14 to 15 hour straight in a day But manager and seniors does not remind your working capacity . So in last I want to say overall atmosphere right here . Thank you
