Internal Politics, No recognition for hardwork, No co ordination, Manager shouting in front of everyone with no reason. Work atmosphere very poor, Colleagues not having knowledge and maturity levels. It's like a government office. For no reason manager told me to resign. Giving importance only to senior employees. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
