Organisation is quite big with hands in multiple sectors, and have good vision for business. Sadly can't say the same for the work culture.

Dislikes

They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly

Salary and benefits are good.

No work life balance Teams don't have wider vision Still stuck on older ways of doing things Managers focuses on new shiny tech and features just to showcase to upper leadership rather than actually caring about the product.

Company Culture is one of the worst culture I have ever seen in a company this size. If you want your mental stability please look at your options if possible.To anyone I care about would never suggest to work at Airtel. They made me realise that company culture is also a important factor when choosing the company, earlier I didn’t care about it much because I work hard anyway but now I understand the importance of good company culture thanks to Airtel.

No any good benefits or promotions or good increments for employees and no employees motivational functions no incentives no gifts nothing do work 10-12hrs some times on month ends 14hrs and get paid less salary and go home

No employees care Ness they need only work has to happen, no bother about employees needs good salary promotions
