Team leader branch manager they treat csr badly and we didnt even rwcieve our salary on time and they also cut half of our hard working money i worked in airtel as a csr for almost 2 months i just recieve 4k but my salary was 10k per month

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year and also free pick and drop service. I like these Work from Home policy during Covid

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't care salary is decent but career growth is only for those who are making their boss happy There is no growth for a sincere and loyal hardworking employee Growth is only for those who are have their God father in this organisation

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.
