...on you can go to any level, there is help always. Salaries are always on time. In covid also we never got single pay cut

Dislikes

Appraisals are not fair, there is lot of micro mgmt done at senior levels for sales which earlier was open culture, many people are leaving the organisation for this reason…there is no work life balance..lot of expectations from sales team. Every time there is meeting cafeteria is closed without intimation at meal times mostly breakfast and evening snacks. There should be conference room to accommodate the same.

Pathetic HR policies , spent 10 good years of life got promotion with highest rating and they don't have career path for their vetran employees.

Dislikes

Company believe only in cost cutting , without any aptitude test or loyalty check they fire employees only based on age and position. They even don't componsate for long services. Few seniors only enjoy undue advantage of seniority and used threatening language.as a separation they have offered me business with them but after separation simply questioned on capabilities. A person well verse with process of Bharti and got four promotion in 9 years is not capable to manage their business . I think I have wested 10 good years with organization called Bharti

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.

👍 senior manager are thinking and behaving like he is the owner of the company and they are providing leads to their chamchas. If you know the meaning of chatu then please join this company do chattam chatai and get promoted.
