One of the best company to learn and be expert on that domain however don't expect too much in terms of salary and I am talking about year 2006-2008. It's more than 14 years so things may have changed there. Whatever I am today, a big credit goes to Bharti Airtel, I learnt a lot there.

Company culture is good but compare to other MNC companies salary and hike is poor. Companies policies is good for customers.

Company is given a lot of work to employee's but salary have no change. Means work load is increasing constantly but salary is still stuck.

In this pendamic time company give full salary to our employees, but if some body infected from covid so there are nothing to help them. He need to apply his leaves or otherwise he count as absent.

Dislikes

At front liners there is not any quick support available. If some one come with luge escalation there are not any quick response by backend team. Even not every body avaleble on call also.
