One of the best company to learn and be expert on that domain however don't expect too much in terms of salary and I am talking about year 2006-2008. It's more than 14 years so things may have changed there. Whatever I am today, a big credit goes to Bharti Airtel, I learnt a lot there.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

👍 senior manager are thinking and behaving like he is the owner of the company and they are providing leads to their chamchas. If you know the meaning of chatu then please join this company do chattam chatai and get promoted.

Day starts at 9 30 am with morning meeting which ends after 11am Day ends with evening meeting at 6:30/7 pm or with a vc, meeting may take upto 2 hours Reporting manager only knows sale sale sale but how he has no knowledge No knowledge of geography, plans & documents If you will ask for help he will say you leave this someone other will complete the sale without any help, always insists to use forged documents If you plan a visit to some customers he will say visit to office from field waste 45 minutes to reach at office take to customer then drop him back 0 customer support: you sell something with great efforts & promises of good service delivery to customers and in return service delivery team will not visit to customers on time if they would visit then customer will be left utterly disappointed and will disconnect in a couple of days Don't expect any referrals from customers acquired by you Customers will feel cheated and your confidence will break and you will feel like a cheater Company has poor 5g coverage, lots of call drops on 4g and voice missing on 4g, poor clarity in 2g, poor fiber network roll outs. They're trying to counter Jio which is providing best network in both wired & wireless at a reasonable price & airtel is providing poor quality and lesser features at a premium price They need people who believe in selling combs to bald people then never show up They say we serve to sell but today people not ready to buy due to poor service and bad reputation in billing Not a single product to resolve customer's problems only they've to sell with costly plans, lesser benefits & worst after sales service I don't think any one can have any personality development with this or going to have a positive goodwill in the society or people to whom you're interacting with What experience will you share when you go for next interview to other organization

Timely given salary. If you smart enough to cheat customers then it will be dream job. There is lots incentive.

Dislikes

Totally disappointed with company's work culture,increment policy, manpower handling. I had wasted my valuable years to this company.
