The company is open innovation and readily and adopts letest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of a team. As a result i get to travel abroad to the us and canada.another plus point is that my colleauges come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but work growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions.most of the times. Also there is no job on training for fresher.

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.

👍 senior manager are thinking and behaving like he is the owner of the company and they are providing leads to their chamchas. If you know the meaning of chatu then please join this company do chattam chatai and get promoted.

Upper level culture, No abuse language policy, Salary and package when you join.

Work life balance is not good,day starts at 8 and there is no out time. They told we are 5 days working organization but we have to work on all 6 days. No incentive plan.

Culture, job security and environment is very poor, huge politics, no value of hard worker, they just need chapluse kind of people. No one to listen If you are new, no matter what everyone is there to push you down.
