Work life balance and better compensation tham other companies

No proper organization Structure or team structure. No mentorship from seniors or management, no scope of career goals set up or growth help from management

Even apart from the compensation, the organization takes care of you in multiple small ways from all telecom/broadband/dth benefits, to health care, stays tokens of appreciation. So do not forego this whie comparing with packages with other orgs. Large organization with well defined organization structure and policies, great exposure and a brand known to all

Too much friction between teams as the leadership keeps conflicting.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel
