Organisation is quite big with hands in multiple sectors, and have good vision for business. Sadly can't say the same for the work culture.

Dislikes

They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly

Nothing to like about Airtel

.... They will treat you like slave and manager be like he is the owner of company. They will make you work on weekends too without any pay. Worst behaviour and uneducated people are everywhere.

In case of emergency no body ask for any kind of questions just they give leave. Environment is good , great place for freshers.

Dislikes

...orking culture, management is very poor. You will find new rules on daily basis. No hike in salary ..so much of work with less money . No perks for off role candidate.

Company Culture is one of the worst culture I have ever seen in a company this size. If you want your mental stability please look at your options if possible.To anyone I care about would never suggest to work at Airtel. They made me realise that company culture is also a important factor when choosing the company, earlier I didn’t care about it much because I work hard anyway but now I understand the importance of good company culture thanks to Airtel.

Good policies and benefits apart from salary. Fast paced and good learning curve. Talented peers, no micromanagement.

Dislikes

Lack of clarity on product, PMs not clear about requirement itself. Work life balance is not good. Inter team communication is terrible.
