zsm are not supportive they have trace mate were they can track you every second of the day and will toucher you even if you are at your territory and do business tremendous pressure for business even if it is a b2b job its worst than retail jobs every day there is a gate meeting at road side and the zsm will insult you in public at road gate meeting it is a exicutive position not manager position.

There is nothing to like in this company, this is a completely bad company, its culture and salary, the boss, all of them are useless

No matter how much you abuse this company, it is less. They treat the employees like dogs and just abuse them. If there is no sales on some day, they cut the money.

... the company under the guide ship of Bharati Airtel company worker Dipika Singh. And after paying the amount also I couldn't get the login Id. And to close the job they asked me to pay extra 3999 and my amount 23427 paid will be refund within 5 min. Its been a weeks they didn't refund my money. And also even not responding to my call and message.

... and all seniors support proper and immediately. My all over experience is good. But i have issue in salary increment. Last 2 yrs salary not increase. I need 1 more help please start petrol convenience bcz this amount is almost 3000 + . I Hope team action on this topic. Thank you.

...on you can go to any level, there is help always. Salaries are always on time. In covid also we never got single pay cut

Appraisals are not fair, there is lot of micro mgmt done at senior levels for sales which earlier was open culture, many people are leaving the organisation for this reason…there is no work life balance..lot of expectations from sales team. Every time there is meeting cafeteria is closed without intimation at meal times mostly breakfast and evening snacks. There should be conference room to accommodate the same.
