well, dislikes usually vary team to team and manager to manager but here are mine -
weekends often occupied with work due to unrealistic deadlines(given by managers to show off).
office politics .
too many dependencies on various teams , takes time to get resolved and work gets delayed.
there are employees who are always preferred over others because of their relationship and licking of mangers (in terms of quality work and appraisal ).
Going to office is tedious , since you will be travelling to Gurgaon.
They prefer hiring devs from outside instead of promoting their own long term employees, and that too at higher package, except for select few who get promotion every year. Upper management is been in the same company for 10s of years while attrition rate for new employee is close to 70% yearly
