... for standard but managers itself encourage their team to deviate the process. There's no career growth at all rather than job security and bonus is there ll be no time for ur friends and family life.

Company salary process is very good, also incentive parts

Dislikes

Some managers have just messed up the whole system. There is 0 HR policies. HR is worst person. In my 7 years of experience, I have not seen such a bad HR. If your raised your voice for something wrong you will kicked out from the system. work will start from 6 am morning until your daily target will not happen. After join this company now you will have no time for family. You will treat like just promotor.
