One think that I liked most was on Peoples development. At least the Company organized for both internal and external trainings. What also impressed me most is the CSR programs that was being carried out more often. Giving back to the community has always been one of my desires.

...his/her immediate manager. To me, engagement is the key to drive sales/revenues. On salary, there was no balance between the package and the the role. At the same time, the company considered more on the qualifications other than someone's working experience. Papers don't generate revenues, its the working experience among others. Lastly, the company should consult the team on the ground before carrying out any changes.

...livering the expectation of customers. Employee motivation will always be there. Salary hike is also good. Transparent appraisal and work environment. All the fellow employees support in case of any requirement ( Professional and Personal front )

Work life balance is not so good we need to extend for this as simple we want ourselves to see in the next position. Few incompetent Employees only spoil the work atmosphere.

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.

The company culture is toxic! Your entire tenure would be driven by perception and perception only! Actual results won’t matter, mid-senior management would collude against you if you call out the incompetent people thriving in the system. Also, these incompetent people would be promoted out of turns, just because of the smoke breaks with the manager and being the yes men

... with the changes customer focus is high here so you”LL be given empowerment. They are the pay masters for the good performing people’s , good growth will be given subject to you should be mobile to accept the role where ever it comes. Nothing to worry about job, as long as you are delivering the expected.
