One think that I liked most was on Peoples development. At least the Company organized for both internal and external trainings. What also impressed me most is the CSR programs that was being carried out more often. Giving back to the community has always been one of my desires.

Dislikes

...his/her immediate manager. To me, engagement is the key to drive sales/revenues. On salary, there was no balance between the package and the the role. At the same time, the company considered more on the qualifications other than someone's working experience. Papers don't generate revenues, its the working experience among others. Lastly, the company should consult the team on the ground before carrying out any changes.

Actual results won’t matter, mid-senior management would collude against you if you call out the incompetent people thriving in the system.
