They are only focus productivity and no benefits. They are not maintain working time, highly pressure, no job security and not a enough salary , no freedom

... to your manager. 6. Difficult to get leave on National holidays or festivals. Even they don't pay extra if you are woking on such days.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they not give good salary hike and bonus every year .
