Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policy are good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 yera before which cannot resign.

Raja aur unke das kind of system. Pintu sing HDO Circle Head is just a scrap. He can ask you to join a zoom call at 12 midnight and will start shouting without thinking you are sleeping with your family.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance.
