There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and carrier growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

... and all seniors support proper and immediately. My all over experience is good. But i have issue in salary increment. Last 2 yrs salary not increase. I need 1 more help please start petrol convenience bcz this amount is almost 3000 + . I Hope team action on this topic. Thank you.

Here we can learn a lots of things ,working in airtel just like as we are learning in school and collage life .there is so much vendor equipment on which you can hands-on .
