...nt and culture here. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair and they didn't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent and carrier growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Bigger organisation. So working experience depends upon managers

...ho think themselves owener of the shop and treat like same in most of the cases. Salary doesn't match the market standards. They can pay high salary to new employees but very less increment for existing employees. No buy out option at exit.

Environment good, salary not increament per year, bonus only 500 rupees only Diwali

1. Worst U-NOC centre in India ( how about waiting on a call for 2 to 3 hours just to start one activity and same to close it) 2. Under kerala circle, literally there is 2 days off but reality is working round the clock 7 days a week, and if you want a leave , you want to take it from your annual 30 days general leave. 3. Company is not utilising you but extracting each and every drop of you.

My job all about on installation of broadband and DTH at coustomer end and giving services to the coustomers

There management system are so weird. At my job roll there are no chances to get increment in job roll or salary package if I will get new job then I will quit this job immediately
