The work is very heavy I have to get the client's college reception, sometimes it lays down in the evening too much

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

...having no knowledge. They can just threaten and pressurize go get the work done. Please dont fall trap to HR politics of low salary.
