Airtel is not providing the good salary to tenure employees they hire new employees and provide the good salary to them only why not taking care of tenure employees.

zsm are not supportive they have trace mate were they can track you every second of the day and will toucher you even if you are at your territory and do business tremendous pressure for business even if it is a b2b job its worst than retail jobs every day there is a gate meeting at road side and the zsm will insult you in public at road gate meeting it is a exicutive position not manager position.

Overall company and people at higher level is good, and salary is on time.

As an account manager company doesnt provide office to this level people, and zsm are worst specially a person name kumar. But people at senior doesnt listen to the am

People in Airtel are super intelligent in way of personal and professional knowledge. Bosses here are not just boss they advice you a Like a parents what I like most top most management are promoted from an executive to GM .

As it’s corporate so just politics and work pressure and salary correction .
