Compensation is decent but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to attend clenit calls in the everything and sometimes late into the night

Always into the innovative and new product launching. Extremely supportive towards Sales teams acquisition goals in market to acquire the right set of customers. This really gives an edge over others and also adapts to situations with lightening fast speed. Also open culture supports the overall achievement of ULTIMATE goal of "Winning the markets". Undoubtedly it drives from senior leadership team to last mile employees. I have been a part of telecom journey which has seen biggest upsets of all time but standing with this brand Airtel has been fantastic experience. Happy to be associated with Airtel.

Compensation is always a debatable part & it may have a different aspect with each individual. Though the performers usually get paid well but the culture of BELL CURVES should be bypassed with better evaluation system. Though innovation is a mantra in other departments this seems to be completely missing link in HR teams TRADITIONAL EVALUATION SCHEME.

👍 senior manager are thinking and behaving like he is the owner of the company and they are providing leads to their chamchas. If you know the meaning of chatu then please join this company do chattam chatai and get promoted.

Upper level culture, No abuse language policy, Salary and package when you join.

Work life balance is not good,day starts at 8 and there is no out time. They told we are 5 days working organization but we have to work on all 6 days. No incentive plan.
