Work environment is pleasent experience. I am giving 100% output throughout work but no appraisal and no salary hike since joining, Moreover not satisfied related tada policy. Overall no profit as end of the month. No lockdown for us. I had continously worked in lockdown but no one appraisal. Give importance to employee and understand their situation in lockdown.

There is career growth is slow. Management never give reply on mail.

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.

Work culture is worst, that's why company is hiring all the time, Hr's are not supportive not even ZSM's No work timings. In summer's they tell to start your day at 5 am
