Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. They called top company employees & collect there official documents, after that not share CTC breakup.. If any employee followup with HR regarding his offer letter, than they offered his CTC break-up but they mentioned Target also in his CTC.. No any policy of employees Old employees not getting salaries on time.. No any TA DA policy Not received any appraisal for any employees..
