You will not get any support from anyone and your salary is shown as one such expense here Whatever salary is given to field sales executive and territory manager, it is absolutely hide and there is no benefit Neither you will get salary slip nor you will get offer letter and if you ask for answer then you will be told. You haven't done any work here. You were never our employee, never join, even if you want to keep jobless it's totally fraud

Here everyone is freelance below ASM and everyone's salary is very good. minimum average salary 50k maximum no limit

According to me the chance of career growth are very less This company is good for earning money and a bit useless for growth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
