This is not a salary based job..they dont provide a fixed salary they only provide commission for an onboarding or revisit..in which they have multiple option and criteria that affects your working..

A lots of wastage of fuel gets started when you come to the market..you start searching for a shop so that you can onboard but rarely you get only 2-4 shops to onboard.. Because they already have paytm phone pe gpay

Good work environment and culture but not fixed salary just only commission based work

Bharatpe company is a lot of politics in office and salary not credited in particular date every month salary credit in a midmonth

Company trying to maintain work life balance and good atmosphere but down the line in reality we can find favoritism, toxic colleagues, toxic environment

Toxic colleagues, toxic bosses, toxic culture, very less pay compared to other companies for the same designation no value for experience

You will not get any support from anyone and your salary is shown as one such expense here Whatever salary is given to field sales executive and territory manager, it is absolutely hide and there is no benefit Neither you will get salary slip nor you will get offer letter and if you ask for answer then you will be told. You haven't done any work here. You were never our employee, never join, even if you want to keep jobless it's totally fraud
