Worst and pathetic experience with Bharatmatrimony (my last month salary is not given by company)....sorry to say but Delhi Branch manager Mr Dheeraj Chanda is very abusive person.. My fathers brother was expired and i applied 10 days leaves then he abusive me and denied my leave...

Salary on time , work culture is good , managers , Tls and staff behaviour was good.

Appraisal is not happening as per our expectation also very less growth. We have come on sunday as well, even after completing the target.

...in simple way But, the work pressure was so high in sale wise and service wise Salary and appraisal is average or below average for an RM , as an RM give services to lots of clients (say 25-35) and the sale target is also high, and also insentive scale is depends on lots of factors like sales, constomer complaint, mail, meetings held by the RM to clients, Success stories, Interest sent for prospects, etc... In that factors, most of the factors are unwanted and simply waste of time for an RM. Work experience and career growth is average also due to the high work pressure Also say about Work, most months I was forced to work over time and sundays too...

The work pressure is so high, Most days, I have to work overtime say minimum of 1-2 hours, also I was forced to work on sundays due to target pressure and work pressure with out a copensation leave or salary. Also needs to work at home too, as most of the members are abroad, and it was so difficult. Also if my service is good my clients, adds more and more members to give service which is so high than my capacity. And, this makes me weak. Salary hike is so low in each period compared to any other companies. And insentive scale is depends on the score card , and the score card include lots of unwanted factors which is simply wastage of time for RMs.

...ng sales job I was the best seller in bharath matrimony photography department . They have given salary to a ladies worker who left the company with out serving notice period . When I left the company who is a best performance every month . And I got job in dubai they hold mu salary and expenses and never paid me back such a bad company I never seen don't work there some kind of creatures are handing the department

Nothing special to like about, Company is good for freshers or just graduates only Not for one who want professionally growth

Work life balance, Work satisfaction, Zero growth for future, Salary always below line, 2-3% Increment yearly when you are getting lowest in the slab otherwise zero increment, Zero response for upper level management.
