...mployees. some of the people are really very good as well as caring and helpful. pay and allowances are good enough.

Dislikes

The thing which i disliked about Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan is the politics. the management listens to its employer only and dont give a single opportunity of hearing to its employees. According to them what is right is Right.

1. Authority concerned must retrospectively introspect that why the employees are stressfully apprehensive in their professional and personal spheres of life. 2. Trivial shortcomings of employees are exaggeratedly targetted and pointed out before all. It denigrates the self-respect of employees.

Dislikes

Retirement age as per old rules and regulations.Not being updated as per either UGC /Telangana state Government rules and regulations. Very pathetic. Even with Experience before joining Bhavans is grounded to ZERO. 20 plus teaching post graduate students with PhD in 1994 ,No promotion,DA only 7 of 37 which is currently drawn by UGC Teachers /staff of either Central Govt or State Govt. Dr.S.P.Sreedhar Bhattar
