Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work is very high. Sometimes I have to work 8-10 hour straight in a day as I have reported several type problems report in deputy manager. Also there is no on-job training for fresher, hence senior like folks me have to guide them step by step.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team hat markets reliable, high-quality products and has global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Copensation is decent, but growth is slow. he work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strenths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnotice during my mid-year appraisals.Also there is yes on-jhob training for apprenticeship, hence senior folk like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometime.
