Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Till date, I like only Job security. The university is open to innovative work. If your research paper was published in Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 Journal then the university gives you benefits.

Dislikes

The work load is too much now. Assistant Professors have to work 22-24 hours. Now work culture was not good in Off Campus, Navi Mumbai. It’s open on National Holidays. There are less than 15 days CL in a year.

This University is very good, this is a dream of Late Dr. Patangrao Kadam, Sir. Which is helpful for the needy and poor students and people. University supports to the rural area society and urban area also. Employee feel proud to work here. I feel confer table to work here. University is developed and also improving in their many more branches with skillfully.
