Salary is not paid on time Expenses are not paid on time. It feels like you are paying for the company and company is not paying you.If you join here expecting any salary then you are wrong. They feel as if they are giving you donation after giving half of your salary. They make you to travel around 100 kms a day and work for 12+ hrs if you leave your place at morning 7 then you will come back at around nyt 10. No leaves are given on festivals while they enjoy their festivals. You will die of hunger if you relocate from other state. IF YOU ARE HIRED AS SERVICE ENGINEER then your life will be no less a hell, you will be nothing but a mechanic. They make you to clean their machines and grease your hands in large corporate offices.They will find reasons to hold your salary and not pay you.Join this company only if you have money and time to waste.

...culture is extremely difficult. Descision making of the management is very poor. The most important of all , you will definitely be not paid your due salary, if the salary is paid then the allowances will be kept on hold. If you want to work at a so called robotics startup in which you are literally not adding any value to the clients life and then are willing to leave your family and work for half of the amount that they mention on the offer letter, then definitely go ahead.

It is a startup, so there was something to learn compared to established companies. The company is fairly located and you get to take some time out during working hours.

...d to leave but they will create issues either with payment, or something other -Payment is average, but they have a belief that they are giving us donation, and not salary for our work, and their tone of talking and handling employee problems reflect that very clearly. Join on your own risk beacuse almost all employees that is new, regretting working for this company -They spent a lot on partying and smoking/drinking, better to spend on improving your machines, your work culture, which are causing dissatisfied clients and employes and payment issues. Improve character because low character business is disaster for business, national economy and employee health.

Salary is not paid on time. They use two 12V battery connected in series. This battery will give power to Raspberry pi which is connected by 24V to 12V dc to dc converter. The Teensy is also there which is powered by 5 volt. They also use Router and camera cable and camera stand. They make Roots and Karcher machine Robotised. They use two 24V dc motor. Also they use camera stand connected by camera and goes to Raspberry pi through flex cable. The backend team is also there which uses laptop to run the machine. The machine has manual remote and autonomous mode. The vaccum motor is also there. The brush motor is also there. People sitting and giving command are Mr. Abhinav Tiwari and Mr. Ashish.

I had a terrible experience with Bharati robotics systems. They cheated me out of my rightful salary for the notice period, which is a serious breach of trust. Additionally, the company produces faulty products and pressures employees to repair them. this is a clear indication of a lack of quality control and a culture of deception. Do not work with bharati robotics if you value your hard earned money and want to work in a honest and transparent environment
