...ngineer and Junior Officer level person. Every year Bonus is paid before diwali. Even during Covid, company paid us salary on time. some employee's who were not been able to come for duty were allowed to work from home that time and even paid for that. Manan Sir and Mayank sir (JMD) supported me during my bad time and stood by me to support my family during medical emergency. Many of my teammates are working with company since long time and company also take care of them just like a family. Happy to work with Bharat Wire Ropes Ltd.

...hers. Plant heads door is always open for your query. HOD's are very supportive. Salary is always paid on time.

Company is good for the beginners. Lot off skills to learn. Salary on time. Company culture is very good if you follow the policies. Here you will get job satisfaction because senior staffs are very cooperative.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

Poor pay is mentioned many times. Unreasonable amount of work is also a source of unhappiness. So, if an employee is happy about her work environment in general, there is not much focus on pay. Money becomes a big concern when work hours are long and people do not feel the love.
