Likes

...but lack of transparencies. There is cantina but not gaming acrade for chilling. Company policies good, appraisals are good and they give average salary and bonus every year.

Overall experience was really fantastic .About my profile I can say that I have achieved from executive to manager level during my tenture at BTPL. specially want to mention about my Director really a wonderful and very supportive person,he always encouraging to increase employee efficiency also would like to tell about my teammates they are truly hardworking and dedicated and very supportive team. Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
