...but lack of transparencies. There is cantina but not gaming acrade for chilling. Company policies good, appraisals are good and they give average salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Overall experience was really fantastic .About my profile I can say that I have achieved from executive to manager level during my tenture at BTPL. specially want to mention about my Director really a wonderful and very supportive person,he always encouraging to increase employee efficiency also would like to tell about my teammates they are truly hardworking and dedicated and very supportive team. Feel very to being a part of BTPL.

There is nothing about dislike but had difficult to maintain my work life balance due to individual work profile.

Good learning place but bharat sir is not good man, he abused many peoples and terminate peoples without any reason and notice.

Dislikes

For learners its a good company but many boundations are there like on mobile phone use, discussion with colleagues are strictly prohibited.
