... hundreds of people are coming to that office only one man are see whole office. There is no career growth and job security 4months salary outstanding.PF amount are not given.

Dislikes

No timely promotions and no pay revisions. Owner(GOI) is not interested in this organisation. Top management takes decisions for their monetary benefits (corruption). Other employees take the effect due to losses. Company in losses due to GM and above level staff, who are deputed from GOI, and will not be effected because of their decisions. All other staff will not be given salary hikes saying complany is in losses.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
