Dislikes

No timely promotions and no pay revisions. Owner(GOI) is not interested in this organisation. Top management takes decisions for their monetary benefits (corruption). Other employees take the effect due to losses. Company in losses due to GM and above level staff, who are deputed from GOI, and will not be effected because of their decisions. All other staff will not be given salary hikes saying complany is in losses.

Top Management has no clue of what to do No pay revision for last 17 years Central Government neglected giving preference to private operators Non executive have no work and do too much union baji.

I Fill very well because all staff member good behave with me and help to solve querry any time any work related . This the my first job and i am really very happy to work there and i got some knowledge about Simcard.

Some people work there they said the work in the calling agent but not groww salary so this is the one of the reason to give i only 1 star rating.

Drastic positive change in work culture after VRS in 2020. Majority employees trying their best under given constraints.

...e to the customer, company starving for funds effecting day to day maintenance . No pay rivision, poor promotion prospects.

It was my pleasure to report that my all boss used to be technically very strong and fully supported me. I appreciate and pray to God bless BSNL for growth and revival.

The work of pushing BSNL into the grave is done by ITS officers.They do not have any accountability as in Corporate where there is productivity based salary.They should not be provided any car facility which is fully misused by their family members.
